CHAT WITH AN EXPERT
Our process always starts with an initial consultation with one of our diamond graduates so that they can better undestand your preferences and answer any questions you may have. They will give you an overview of the process and then set up a personalised gem portal just for you.
CURATED SELECTION FOR YOU
Our gemologist will curate a selection of diamonds that are hand picked and inspected just for you! You can view the diamonds and their specifications along with their descriptions and photos.
SELECTION OF YOUR DREAM DIAMOND
From there, you will give us your feedback and work together with the gemologist until you find the perfect diamond. Once you pick your diamond, we collect 1/3rd deposit to reserve the diamond for you and get started on the ring design process.
DESIGN THE RING
You will work with our ring production team to design a custom setting and add any personalizations that make your ring extra special (engraving, hidden halos, adding a birth stone, etc). Then, your ring is handcrafted here in our manufacturing unit which takes around 3-5 weeks. Once the ring is complete, we get a final confirmation from you and ship the ring!
